Yes. Our Free plan lets up to 10 unique team members toggle their office presence each calendar month at no cost. If your team needs more than that, upgrade to the Pro plan for a flat $20/month.

What counts as a unique user on the Free plan?

Any team member who toggles their office presence in a given calendar month counts as one unique user for that month. The counter resets at the start of each calendar month, so inactive teammates don't take up a slot.

How much does the Pro plan cost?

The Pro plan is a flat $20 USD per month per team. There's no per-seat pricing. You get unlimited users and unlimited offices for one simple price.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer a free trial, but the Free plan lets you explore all the core functionality with up to 10 unique users per month for as long as you like.

How does billing work when I upgrade?

When you upgrade, we pro-rate your first charge to the start of the next calendar month. After that, you're billed $20 monthly on the 1st. This keeps every team's billing cycle aligned to the calendar month.

What happens if I cancel?

You'll keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your team is moved back to the Free plan. We never cut you off mid-month.

How do I install Officedays in my Slack workspace?

Use the "Add to Slack" button at the bottom of this page and select your workspace. You may need an administrator of the Slack workspace to do this for you.

How can I start using Officedays?

Accepted Answer

To start using the Officedays app in a channel after installation, invite the Slack app into a channel by typing @Officedays in the channel. Then, use the command /officedays for this week or /officedays nextweek for next week. Weeks start on Monday.

Can I create a scheduled Officedays message?

Yes! Press the 3 dots in the top right of any Officedays message and select the Schedule option. You can schedule an Officedays message for any day or time in the week.

Is Officedays safe to use?

Yes. We only collect information on Slack channels and user IDs in order to save which days you have shared that you are attending the office. We don't read/store any message data.
